Craft Beer and Creatives: The Hipster Side of Intellectual Property Law will take place Friday, December 6, 2019 8:30 a.m-4:30 p.m. plus an evening reception at the Draft Station, 60 Draft Station, 60E. San Francisco Street E. San Francisco Street E. San Francisco Street, Santa Fe, New Mexico

This CLE explores interesting and complex legal issues in the creative and brewery worlds, all in the heart of beautiful downtown Santa Fe in the Museum of History on the Plaza. Owners and representatives of local and regional breweries will present alongside the attorneys who represent them on topics ranging from trademarks and brand protection, brewery corporate formation and capital raising issues, employment and drug testing policies, and acquisitions of local breweries by bigger brands. Representatives from La Cumbre Brewing Company, Bow & Arrow Brewing Co., and Four Peaks Brewing Company will give insight into the real world issues they face.
